Agenda and reminders

This service is a digital agenda able to remind to the user about certain events: health related appointments, leisure and cultural appointments of interest for them and personal appointments or events to remind. The agenda is populated by relatives, doctors, elderly and automatically from external sources (leisure and cultural events).

This service had been tested in pilot sites of Italy, Spain and Denmark.

Neighbourhood Virtual Community

The aim is to socialize with people in the neighbourhood, but other Virtual Communities exist for people with same diseases, problems or common interests independently of where they live. It contains:

  • information sharing, also through multimedia content
  • an agenda, that can be synchronized with the personal agenda with social and cultural activities organized within the neighbourhood
  • references to other related services or groups of interest
  • chats/videochats and forums where people can interact and know each other
  • a directory with registered members to facilitate participation, and awareness of who is actively participating in the Community at each time.

This service had been tested in the pilot site of Italy.
