Activity Line 2: User Experience and AAL Services Creation
Activity Line 2 takes care of the User Vision within the PERSONA development process. The vision of PERSONA project is that users live within the AAL Environment where they receive and enjoy personalised services rendered trough the enabled AAL Spaces. This Activity Line therefore, is fully concerned with the definition, specification and development of the AAL Services which will be implemented on top of the AAL Technological Platform.
Activity Line 2 will create these services and bring support in a meaningful way to both, Activity Line 3 to specify the technological platforms and Activity Line 1 in the development of the Business Models and the Business Strategy. Meaningful means that AAL services provide a total end-user experience from start to end by having them embedded in people's daily context of life in, around, and out of the home, supporting people's exploration of their own boundaries in relation to their social needs, wish for autonomy, security, and mobility.
Key objectives are to gain end-users insights that enable us to understanding of:
- WHY people would embrace a particular AAL service.
- WHAT these services should be about.
- WHO are involved as stakeholders in these services.
- WHERE in the context of people's daily life would they access these services.
- HOW do they interact with these services.
